O que é o Future Perfect?

Paul is going to a party next week. He will arrive at 10:30. John is going to that party too, but he will arrive at 11:30. When John arrive at the party, Paul will have arrived.

Como é a estrutura das frases?

I/we/you/they/he/she/it + will have + past participle

I/we/you/they/he/she/it + will not have + past participle

Will + I/we/you/they/he/she/it + have + past participle?

Observações:

A forma contraída de will not é won't.

A forma contraída de will é 'll.

Exemplos:

• No, that won’t work! At 8 o’clock I will have left already. (Não, isso não vai funcionar! Às 8 horas eu já terei saído.)

• Linda will have left before you get there. (Linda terá saído antes de você chegar lá.)

• We will not have eaten breakfast before we get to the airport tomorrow morning. (Nós não teremos tomado café da manhã antes de chegarmos ao aeroporto amanhã de manhã.)

• They will not have finished decorating the street before the parade. (Eles não terão terminado a decoração da rua antes da parada.)

• Will you have eaten lunch already when we arrive? (Você já terá almoçado quando nós chegarmos?)

• Will they have finished decorating the street before the parade? (Eles terão terminado a decoração da rua antes da parada?)

• I will have come back home by the end of the year. (Eu terei voltado pra casa até o final do ano.)

• She will have returned home by the time you leave work. (Ela terá voltado pra casa a hora que você sair do trabalho.)

• They will have finished all the homework before lunch time. (Eles terão terminado a tarefa toda antes do almoço.)

• By the end of the month, you will have spent all your income. (No final do mês você terá gasto todo o seu salário.)

• Before next week, she will have realized how good life can be for her. (Antes da semana que vem ela terá percebido o quanto a vida é boa com ela.)

• Arthur still won’t have graduated from college by this time next year. (Arthur ainda não terá se formado na faculdade nessa época do ano que vem.)

• My children will not have washed the dishes when I finish cleaning the house. (Minhas crianças não terão lavado a louça quando eu terminar de limpar a casa.)

Future Perfect Continuous:

It refers to events or actions that are currently unfinished but will be finished at some future time. It is most often used with a time expression. (Refere-se a eventos ou ações que estão atualmente inacabadas mas serão finalizadas em algum momento do futuro. É frequentemente utilizado com alguma expressão de tempo.)

Estrutura:

I/you/he/she/it/we/they + will have + been + _ing.

• I will have been waiting here for three hours by six o'clock. (Eu estarei esperando aqui há 3 horas às 6:00.

• By 2030 I will have been living in London for sixteen years. (Em 2030 eu estarei morando em Londres por 16 anos.)

• When I finish this course, I will have been learning English for twenty years. (Quando eu terminar esse curso, eu estarei estudando Inglês há 20 anos.)

• Next year I will have been working here for four years. (Ano que vem eu estarei trabalhando aqui há quatro anos.)

• In November, I will have been working at this company for three years. (Em novembro eu estarei trabalhando nessa empresa há 3 anos.)

• At five o’clock, I will have been waiting for thirty minutes. (Às 5:00 eu estarei esperando por 30 minutos.)

• When I turn thirty, I will have been playing piano for twenty-one years. (Quando eu fizer 30 anos, eu estarei tocando piano há 21 anos.)
